The Lunar Chronicles is one of my favorite book series and love all the characters so much. So I thought it would be fun to make Lunar Chronicles character playlists on Spotify. I picked songs that I think remind me of each of the characters and their personality. Whether in the title, lyrics, tune, or just the vibe. I had fun making these playlists and getting to listen to a verity of music that I usually don’t listen to.

Cinder Playlist

“You can help me pick out a tiara when we’re done saving the world.”

Scarlet Playlist

“She was tired of everyone deciding her life for her. She was ready to figure out who she really was–not what anyone else told her to be.”

Cress Playlist

“Maybe there isn’t such a thing as fate. Maybe it’s just the opportunities we’re given, and what we do with them.”

Winter Playlist

“The palace walls have been bleeding for years, and no one else sees it.”

Kaito Playlist

“I don’t see that her being cyborg is relevant.”

Wolf Playlist

“I would rather die because I betrayed them, than live because I betrayed you.”

Thorne Playlist

“I promise, I will not let you die without being kissed.”

Jacin Playlist

“I serve my princess. No one else.”

Iko Playlist

“Broken isn’t the same as unfixable.”

Hope you enjoyed the Lunar Chronicles character playlists I made! Do you like making playlists for your favorite characters? Let me know in the comments below!

  1. I loved it! I had list songs for Cress as an English assignment and this was so helpful! Loved the quotes and the songs were so accurate and scarily related to what the characters are going through and the way they experience the world. Amazing job!
